Stephen C. Trainer Founder/Executive Director
Stephen Trainer founded Graffiti Fellowship and our companion nonprofit, the Graffiti Ministries Learning Center in 2015. Stephen’s father immigrated to NYC in the 1970s, which fostered a love for the city and its global reach. Stephen has spent the past two decades in ministry and served bi-vocationally as a high school teacher for several years. He holds degrees in education, public administration, and is pursuing a doctorate in strategic leadership. Stephen and his wife Carrie live in NYC with their four children.
Wendy has a passion for New York that continued to bloom on her first trip to serve alongside Graffiti Ministries. With a servant’s heart, she wants to spread the love of God to all people. Wendy resides in LaGrange, NC, with her husband, Brad, and college-age children, Maia and Kelli.
Over the past several years, Wendy has made several trips to serve and worship with Graffiti. She was looking for ways to continue to serve, even when she was not able to physically be in New York. She currently serves on the Social Media Development team – a position she can fulfill from anywhere. She works to keep all informed of the events and ministries of Graffiti Fellowship through social media.
Tammy Unangst Bookkeeper
During a mission trip to NYC, Tammy discovered a passion to show God’s love through intentional acts of kindness. While serving with her church and Graffiti Fellowship in Coney Island, God opened her eyes to how He uses such acts of kindness to draw people to Himself. Since that trip, Tammy has led teams with her church’s Outreach Ministry and plans all of her activities around “Kindness Outreach” days. Tammy loves to tell people about Jesus and leads women’s Bible studies at church and work. She’s a CPA and the Chief Financial Officer for a commercial construction company. Tammy and her husband Richard live in Texas with their dog Joey.
